In view of order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to the private-respondent(s) is hereby dispensed with. 3. By means of this petition, the petitioner has sought following main reliefs : - "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties no. 2 to 3 to get compliance the order dated 29/02/2024 passed by opposite party No. 3 in Case No. 7785/2017 computerized case number T2017083047047785 (Gramsabha vs. Samim), under Section 67 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code 2006. (contained as Annexure no. 1 to this writ petition) in the interest of justice. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties no. 4 to take necessary steps to execute the order dated 29.02.2024 passed by Opp. Party No. - 3 in the interest of justice." 4. Considered the statement of State Counsel Shri Yogesh Awasthi, based upon the instructions received from Tehsildar (Judicial), Gonda dated 22.03.2025, a copy of which is taken on record, which is to effect that in relation to the recall of final order dated 29.02.2024 passed in Case No. 7785 of 2017, instituted under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, in relation to which the present petition is filed, an application dated 06.05.2024 for recall of final order dated 29.02.2024 is pending consideration and the same would be decided, as per law, within a period of one month from today and an appropriate action would be taken after decision on application of the private-respondent party dated 06.05.2024, as per law. 5. Accordingly, this petition is consigned to record with liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate authority or this Court, if cause arises.
