Let District Magistrate, Ayodhya be impleaded as opposite party no.4 in the writ petition during course of the day. 3. Son of the petitioner died by drowning on 12.05.2023 but the claim under State Disaster Response Fund was submitted to District Magistrate, Barabanki instead of District Magistrate, Ayodhya in whose jurisdiction the death had occurred. According to learned Standing Counsel, as per the government orders, the claim had to be raised in the district where death occurred. 4. Let District Magistrate, Barabanki, if he has received any such claim from the petitioner, forward the said claim to District Magistrate, Ayodhya with all relevant documents whereupon District Magistrate, Ayodhya shall get the facts verified and do the needful in terms of the aforesaid scheme as to whether the petitioner is entitled to any relief or not. If she is entitled then the same be extended to her at the earliest say within two months of receipt of the claim from District Magistrate, Barabanki. However, if District Magistrate, Barabanki on examination finds that the claim can be processed by him then he shall do so within two months. 5.
