Eltab Husain and others pending before him since 2007, date fixed as 11.03.2025, expeditiously within stipulated period as early as possible (contained in Annexure No. 1 to this petition) in the interest of justice. " 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
