Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:16919-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 2825 of 2025 Petitioner :- Rakesh Kumar Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Revenue Deptt. Lko. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Lalla Chauhan,Gaurav Mani Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Krishna Kumar Singh Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. Heard. The petitioner was granted agricultural rights in respect of some land forming part of Gata No.582, 139 and 142, which is earmarked for primary school. According to the petitioner, possession of the said land was granted belatedly, therefore, he is entitled to undertake agricultural activities for two years from the date of possession, however, learned counsel for the Zila Panchayat says that the petitioner was granted the said facility only in respect of the Gata which was earmarked for primary school i.e. Gata No.130, but taking advantage of it, he has sown crops on other Gatas which are earmarked for higher secondary school also. This is not a dispute amenable to the writ jurisdiction, specially in view of the factual disputes involved. The petitioner may avail other remedy as prescribed in law. The Writ Petition stands disposed of. (Om Prakash Shukla,J.) (Rajan Roy,J.) Order Date :- 25.3.2025 Saurabh Digitally signed by :- SAURABH VERMA High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
