Pallavi Dwivedi) under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 from Principal Judge, Family Court, Lucknow to the equivalent Court at District Raebareli. 3. Considering the inconvenience being faced by the applicant, the present application is allowed. The proceedings of both the cases pending in the Court of Lucknow are transferred to the equivalent court at District Raebareli.
