The petitioner says that he is being pressurized by the official opposite parties to remove his boundary wall on the ground that same is an encroachment on public path. Learned Standing Counsel has instructions to inform the Court that an electricity pole has been encroached by the petitioner by including it within his boundary wall, however, he says that no action is being taken as of now. However, if any action is to be taken, it should be taken in accordance with law, which shall include compliance of judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India dated 13.11.2024 passed in Writ Petition (Civil) No.295 of 2022. 3.
