Jaya Tiwari" within a fixed time frame as deemed appropriate by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for early hearing, the Family Court shall endeavour to decide the case expeditiously, in accordance with law.
