Lko. And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Jyoti Rajpoot Counsel for Respondent :- G.A. Hon'ble Vivek Chaudhary,J. Hon'ble Brij Raj Singh,J.
Order on Amendment Application Heard learned counsel for the petitioner-applicant. Cause shown in the affidavit is sufficient. Application is allowed. Petitioner-applicant is permitted to carry out necessary amendment during course of the day.
Order on Writ Petition Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. By means of this petition, the petitioner has sought for quashing of F.I.R. dated 06.03.2025 bearing Case Crime No.0053 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 78,79 of B.N.S.,2023, P.S. Ashiwan, District Unnao. From reading of the impugned F.I.R., it cannot be said that no cognizable offence is made out against the petitioner as it is borne out from the record that a lady Doctor is being unnecessarily harassed by the petitioner. Thus, we find no good ground to interfere in the matter under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, hence this Court declines to quash the impugned F.I.R. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. (Brij Raj Singh,J.) (Vivek Chaudhary, J.)
