It is further submitted that the petitioner's name, who is at serial no. 2 in the select list, has been forwarded to the District Magistrate for approval of her selection. 3. Considering the above submissions and perusal of the instructions provided by the learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to complete the process of selection/appointment expeditiously and strictly in accordance with law.
