The allegation is that the opposite party No.8, a neighbour of the petitioner has put some material at the doorsteps of the petitioner. We fail to understand as to how a Writ Petition in such a matter is maintainable that too a Writ of Mandamus for protection of life, liberty and property. If there is a dispute between the private parties, the remedy lies elsewhere whether it be a civil, criminal and revenue law as the case may be, but, not under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
