This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 16.01.2025, bearing F.I.R./Case Crime No. 0009 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 85, 115(2) of B.N.S., 2023 and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, registered at Police Station Mahila Thana, District Pratapgarh. 3. Learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that in this case, charge sheet has been filed in Court. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to take appropriate available remedy as per law or to challenge the charge sheet in appropriate proceedings. 5. Accordingly, present writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn. 6.
