The petitioner wants physical possession of a secured asset bearing House No.E-4875 situated at Sector 12 Rajajipuram, admeasuring 47.17 square meters and he says that in the order dated 02.04.2025, the details of the secured asset are incorrectly mentioned. Learned Standing Counsel for the State says that 02.04.2025 was fixed as the date for handing over of physical possession but the petitioner-Bank applied for adjournment, therefore, now the date is fixed as 22.04.2025. The concerned authority may take notice of the request of the petitioner for correction of details of the secured asset and handover possession thereof to the petitioner at the earliest keeping in mind our judgements dated 25.10.2024 and 14.11.2024 rendered in Writ C No. 8867 of 2024 (Bank of Baroda Vs. State of U.P. and 8 others) and Writ C No. 9723 of 2024 (Pnb Housing Finance Ltd. Lko. Thru. Authorised Representative Mr. Surya Prakash Mishra vs. State of U.P. and others) but positively by the end of this month unless there is any legal impediment. 3.
