By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. At the very outset, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions received, submitted that there is hardly any dispute persisting between the parties and both the parties have already been entered into a compromise and also married couple are leading their peaceful life and as such, there is no threat to their lives.
