After hearing the parties, what comes out is that the request of the petitioner for payment of electricity dues in installments was accepted by the Executive Engineer in terms of paragraph No.6.14 of the U.P. Supply Code, 2005, however, the petitioner is not satisfied with it and he wants further installments. We find that the writ petition bearing Writ C No.4000/2024 is already pending wherein the demand notice dated 06.04.2024 is under challenge. The relief sought is consequential to the demand notice under challenge in the aforesaid writ petition, therefore, relief, if any, can be considered in the earlier writ petition. 3. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move an application in the pending writ petition. (Om Prakash Shukla, J.) (Rajan Roy, J.)
