Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P. as well as perused the record. 2. The instant revision has been filed seeking following main relief(s):- "It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may be pleased to allow the present revision and set aside the impugned Judgment and Order dated 10.01.2025 passed by the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court I, Lucknow in the proceeding arising out of section 125 Cr.P.C. in case No. 1358/2014, Smt. Shabana Khan Vs Ishtiyaq Ahamad in the interest of justice." 3. It appears that after considering the averments made in the present revision and the documents in support thereof as also the submissions made by the learned counsel for the revisionist, this Court vide order dated 21.08.2025, referred the matter to the Senior Registrar of this Court for the purpose of verification of the compromise entered into between the parties. 4. A perusal of report of Senior Registrar dated 25.08.2025 shows that he has verified the compromise, mentioning therein that the parties were present and they have admitted that they have entered into an agreement voluntarily and their signatures have been verified by their respective counsels before the court. The report dated 25.08.2025 reads as under:- Versus Counsel for Revisionist(s) : Ajeet Kumar Rai, Jay Prakash Singh Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A., Rakesh Chandra Rastogi Ishtiyak Ahamad .....Revisionist(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Chief Secy. Deptt. Of Home, Lko And Another .....Opposite Party(s) "Vide Hon'ble Court's order dated 21-08-2025, parties were directed to appear before the undersigned today for verification of compromise deed. The said compromise has been annexed in original as Annexure No. SA- 01 to the Supplementary Affidavit filed on 21.08.2025. Today, Revisionist, Ishtiyak Ahamad S/o Late Imtiyaz Ali alongwith his learned counsel Shri Ajeet Kumar Rai, Advocate AND opposite party No. 2, Smt. Shabana Khan W/o Ishtiyaq, D/o Shahid Hussain alongwith her learned counsel Shri Rohit Dixit, Advocate, are present before me. Vakalatnama of counsels for both the parties are on record. The proof of identity i.e. original Aadhar Card/ Voter ID Card are produced by both the parties, at the time of verification. The contents of the said compromise deed have been read over and explained to both the parties to the compromise deed and they have accepted the execution of the same according to their free will and as a token thereof they have affixed their photographs, put L.T.Is./R.T.Is. and signatures, which are duly attested and verified by their respective counsels. In view of the said facts, the compromise between Revisionist Ishtiyak Ahamad S/o Late Imtiyaz Ali AND opposite party No. 2, Smt. Shabana Khan W/o Ishtiyaq, D/o Shahid Hussain is being verified by me today i.e. 25th day of August, 2025. The report is submitted before Hon'ble Court for orders." 5. In view of above, the instant revision is disposed of in terms of the compromise entered into between the parties, which shall form part of this order and the impugned order dated 10.01.2025 is also set-aside in terms of compromise.
