Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 2. This criminal petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners, who were arraigned as A.1 to A.4, C.C. No.1153 of 2024 on the file of the Court of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Kandukuru, Prakasam District, for the alleged offences under Sections 79, 351(2) read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of civil disputes, the 2nd respondent has filed a false complaint against the petitioners alleging the offence under Sections 79 and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 4. Considering the same, the criminal petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioners to raise all the grounds mentioned in the criminal petition before the learned Magistrate. 5.
