The petitioner claims to have provided certain material to the Gram Pradhan, who has been arrayed by name as opposite party No.6 for undertaking certain public works. Grievance is that he has not been paid the due amount, which according to him, is Rs.2,70,060/-, however, we do not find any agreement having entered into between the petitioner and Gram Pradhan nor any work order etc., having been issued, therefore, we cannot entertain such a petition in exercise of our extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner may avail other remedies. It is also open for the petitioner to approach the concerned authorities, who can get the matter inquired and if it is found that, in fact, petitioner had supplied the material on the asking of the Gram Pradhan for undertaking public works and certain amounts are due then it shall be ensured that needful is done and the due amount, if any, is paid. 3.
