This appeal is directed against the order dated 18.03.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Giridih in M.C.A. No. 234 of 2025 arising out of Madhuban P.S. Case No. 02 of 2025, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. It has been alleged that some extremists including the present appellant were apprehended by the Police. So far as the allegations against the present appellant is concerned, she seems to be the wife of one of the members of the banned organization MCC Tarkeshwar Hansda and she has stated that she used to cook food for the members of the organization. The appellant is in custody since 28.01.2025. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, we while setting aside the order dated 18.03.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Giridih in M.C.A. No. 234 of 2025 arising out of Madhuban P.S. Case No. 02 of 2025, direct that the appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Giridih in connection with Madhuban P.S.
