The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State Respondent submits that though the case dairy was called for, however, in the meanwhile the charge-sheet has been laid vide charge-sheet No. 28/2025 dated 15.07.2025 against the present petitioner. 3. In view of laying of charge-sheet, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of with observation that the petitioner may approach the Trial Court on receipt of the summons from the said Court and may seek relief before the learned Trial Court, if so advised. 4. In view of the laying of the charge-sheet, this anticipatory bail application has become infructuous and accordingly disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
