Despite grant of repeated opportunities to the respondents, replies have not been filed. The matter has accordingly been heard at this stage. 2. Petitioner seeks to quash order dated 10.09.2025 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondent No.4. In terms of this order, respondent No.4 restrained the petitioner from attending the meetings/participating in decisions of the managing committee of the Mining Areas

Yes. 2 Land Looser and Affected Transport Co-operative Society, Giana, Sub-Tehsil Darlaghat, Tehsil Arki, District Solan till final decision of the dispute. Under the same order, respondent No.2-Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Solan was to make alternative arrangements for managing day-to-day business of the society in case the quorum of the managing committee was not complete as per Bye- Laws/Act/Rules. 3. Petitioner was elected as committee member of the aforementioned society. Her case is that in the above- mentioned proceedings before respondent No.4, she was served on 30.08.2025, when case was ordered to be listed on 09.09.2025. On 09.09.2025, neither the case was taken up nor the petitioner was informed that the matter would be listed on 10.09.2025. Without any intimation to the petitioner and in her absence, the matter was taken up on 10.09.2025 and she was restrained from attending the meetings/participating in decisions of the managing committee of the society till final decision of the dispute. 4. As noticed previously, the respondents have not filed reply to the petition despite grant of repeated opportunities. Under these circumstances, assertions of the petitioner have to be accepted. 3 dated 10.09.2025 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondent No.4, being in violation of the principles of natural justice, is, therefore, quashed and set aside. All consequences shall follow. Respondents are, however, at liberty to proceed further in the matter in accordance with law. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
