Present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "I - Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 02 to 5 to removed the illegal boundary wall and putting a thatched roof on it for their animals lying over the public way as well as to also removed the obstruction and encroachment from the land Gata No 2053 area 0.1170 public road in revenue records land in question, which have been illegally made by the opposite party no.07 to 10 forthwith, in compliance of order dated 8-11-2019, 28-2- 2021, 24-3-2021, 24-11-2021, 1-7-2021 passed by opposite party no.- 2 to 4 in interest of justice." 2. Learned Standing counsel, based upon instructions which are taken on record, states that encroachments alleged have already been removed. The said instructions also bear the signature of the petitioner. 3. In view thereof, no further directions are required. In case, the petitioner is still aggrieved, he may move an appropriate application under Section 26 of U.P. Revenue Code, which shall be dealt with in accordance with law. 4.
