Hence, he has submitted an application on 24.06.2024 to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Kunda, Pratapgarh raising his greivance and seeking certain reliefs. 3. Let the application of the petitioner be considered and disposed of by opposite party no.1-Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Kunda, Pratapgarh at the earliest after getting the facts verified if there is no other legal impediment say within six weeks. 4.
