Learned Standing Counsel submits that since petitioner has already represented the matter before the District Basic Education Officer, Muzaffarnagar the same may be directed to be considered in accordance with law. 3. In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of with direction to the concerned competent respondent to consider and dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner dated 23.12.2024, strictly in accordance with law and by reasoned and speaking order.
