This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 29.08.2024 lodged by the opposite party no.4 at Police Station- Qaiserbagh District- Lucknow at Case Crime /FIR No.0140 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 354, 313, 498-A, 506, 323 and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Section 3/4 M.W. Act, Section 67 of I.T. Act, P.S. Qaiserbagh, District Lucknow middle (Commissionerate, (Lucknow), contained as Annexure 1 to this writ petition. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioners prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before appropriate Court as permissible under law. 4.
