Petitioner-an N.G.O., is engaged in undertaking rehabilitation work relating to women under the Ujala Scheme. Petitioner claims certain dues for the year 2016-17 and two months for year 2021-22. 3. As regards dues, if any, for year 2016-17, we are now in 2025, therefore, petitioner will have to pursue the matter with authorities concerned. So far as payments of two months pertaining to F.Y. 2021-22, learned Standing Counsel has instructions to inform the Court that payments have been made. Therefore, this is a disputed amount and we cannot go into such issues under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Therefore, leaving it open for the petitioner to approach opposite party no.3 raising its grievance and claiming payment, we dispose of this petition accordingly. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the relief clause, dues for F.Y. 2021-22 have been incorrectly mentioned, in fact, the dues are for the months of April & May for the year 2022 i.e. F.Y. 2022-23.
