Mr.S.Prabhu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that since the petitioner is a Police Constable working in Police Department at Madurai and the respondent-police is at Palamedu, she could not comply with the condition. Hence, he seeks modification of the condition. 3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State. 4.
