The instant application has been filed on behalf of the applicants with the prayer to release them on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0067 of 2024, under Sections 147/452/323/504/506/304 IPC, Police Station Maholi, District Sitapur. From perusal of the First Information Report as well as record, it transpires that the applicants are named in the First Information Report and both have been assigned the role of committing offence. The deceased has received serious injuries and due to injuries he died. Thus, this Court do not find any good ground to intervene in the matter. The instant anticipatory bail application is hereby dismissed. Consigned to record.
