Borthakur, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. S.P. Choudhury, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 5, 6 and 7. The petitioner who claims to be the first wife of Lt. Raheswar Das who was an employee of the State Bank of India. Pursuant to his demise the respondent No.5, who claims to be the nominated wife of the deceased employee, whose case has been considered by the Bank for release of the pension of Lt. Raheswar Das. Accordingly, the petitioner has approached this Court and an interim order was passed, whereby the release of pension of Lt. Raheswar Das was stayed. Page No.# 5/5 In terms of the liberty granted by the Court, the parties have settled the matter outside the Court and had executed a memorandum of agreement whereby they have resolved the dispute and agreed to share the pension, which will be received by respondent No.5 amongst the legal heirs of Lt. Raheswar Das including the present petitioner. In view of the memorandum of agreement which was executed on 25.06.2025 and notarized as well as signed by the parties, this writ petition stands closed and disposed of. The interlocutory application also stands dismissed. Interim order stands vacated. In view of the settlement arrived at by the parties, the Bank authority will forthwith release the amount within a period of four weeks. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
