The petitioner challenges the recovery citation dated 05.02.2025 issued by opposite party No.4. The contention is that no final assessment order has been served upon the petitioner. Counsel for the Electricity Corporation fairly submits that no final assessment order has been passed though the provisional assessment was made and was served upon the petitioner to which the petitioner filed his objections, copy of which is annexed as Annexure No.3 to this writ petition. 3. In view of the above, the citation of recovery dated 05.02.2025 issued by the revenue authority as also the recovery certificate issued by the Electricity Corporation are hereby quashed. The opposite party No.2 or opposite party No.3 as the case may be, shall now make a final assessment as per law after considering the objections of the petitioner and consequences shall follow, accordingly. 4.
