Heard Sri Rakesh Chandra Tewari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Akhilesh Srivastava, who has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of the respondents. By means of this petition, the petitioner has prayed the following relief:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to make payment of post retiral dues of the petitioner i.e. 6th pay, with 8% interest per annum. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to make the payment of security deposit with interest." Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner's grievance is fully covered by judgment rendered in Dr. Ram Surat Chaudhary v. State of U.P. & others [Writ Petition No.28509 of 2018 decided on 29.06.2021]. Considering aforesaid facts and circumstances, opposite party no.2, i.e. Managing Director, U.P. Cooperative Federation Ltd. is directed to consider petitioner's grievance in light of judgment rendered by this Court in Dr. Ram Surat Chaudhary (supra) and provide the same benefits to petitioner, in case the same are applicable, within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. The claim of the petitioner for making payment of interest on the delayed payment would also be considered as per statutory prescriptions with the aforesaid observation and direction.
