Let the District Magistrate/Collector, Lucknow look into the matter and do the needful for execution of the recovery certificate issued by the RERA at the earliest say within three months if there is no other legal impediment. If nothing happens within three months, it shall be open to the petitioners to approach the Court again. As regards relief Nos.2 and 3, petitioner may avail other remedy if there is a cause, specially as, earlier Writ Petition No.2786 of 2024 for the same relief as prayed vide relief Nos.2 and 3 in this case, was withdrawn as per order dated 21.03.2024 passed therein with liberty to file an appropriate application before the RERA Authority or the Appellate Authority in accordance with law.
