For the State : Mr. Shree Prakash Jha, A.P.P. …..... 03/08.05.2025: This is an application filed by the petitioner praying for grant of anticipatory bail in terms of Sections 482 and 484 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, as the petitioner has been allegedly implicated in a criminal case registered under Section(s) 498A/494/506/34 IPC in connection with Barhi P.S. Case No. 181/2024, pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Hazaribagh. Learned A.P.P submits that the petitioner is absolutely not cooperating in the investigation as five times notices under Section 41(A) Cr.P.C. or 35(3) BNSS have been issued, but the petitioner has not appeared before the Investigating Officer. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to allow this anticipatory bail application. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, named above, is rejected.
