This writ petition has been filed with following main prayer: "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 18-02-2025 bearing FIR No. 0090/2025, under section 69, 351(3) BNS, 2023 lodged at Police Station Laharpur, District Sitapur against the petitioner contained as Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition" 3. Learned AGA on the basis of counter affidavit states that charge sheet has been prepared and submitted before the court concerned on 17.04.2025. 4. Sufficient evidence may have been collected against accused persons, therefore, this Court finds it inappropriate to interfere and quash the F.I.R. as prayed for. 5.
