Court of Additional Principal Judge III, Family Court, Lucknow who is opposite party no.2 expeditiously within a time-bound period of Six (6) months in light of judgement of Division Bench of Hon'ble Allahabad High Court Prabhat Narain Tikoo vs. Mamta Tikoo & Ors 1998 (2) AWC 1551, II (1998) DMC 333 (supra)." 2. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to move an appropriate application for early hearing before the Court concerned which shall be considered in accordance with the administrative guidelines issued by this Court.
