After hearing the parties, what comes out is that the electricity connection on the premises was in the name of the mother, who has expired and according to the Counsel for the Electricity Corporation, there is some dispute between her sons and daughters with regard to the property and some suit proceedings are pending. The petitioner wants electricity connection in her name. If the petitioner and other occupants of the premises want an electricity connection in their name and submit an application as per rules, the same can be processed and such decision as is required in law, can be taken by the competent authority unless there is any legal impediment.
