Heard learned counsel for applicants as well as learned Additional Government Advocate for State. 2. The present appeal has been filed for quashing of the proceedings of Sessions Case No. 1197 of 2024 arising out of charge sheet No. 01, dated 20.07.2023 filed in case crime No. 096 of 2023 Under Section 323,504,506 I.P.C. and 3(1)(Da), 3(1)(Dha), 3(2)(Va) of SC/ST Act, Police Station - Nigoha, District Lucknow pending before the court of Special Judge, S.C./S.T. Act, Lucknow and also quash the summoning order dated 01.06.2024 passed by Social Judge, S.C./S.t. Act, Lucknow (State Vs. Virendra Pal and others). 3. Learned counsel for appellants, after arguing at some length submits that grievance of the appellants shall be redressed in case liberty is granted to the appellants to file a bail application which may be decided in view of law laid down by Supreme Court in "Satender Kumar Antil versus Central Bureau of Investigation and another, Special Leave to Appeal (Cri)No.5191 of 2021" to which learned A.G.A. has no objection. 4. In view of the above, prayer for quashing the impugned proceeding is refused. So far as other prayer is concerned, it is provided that in case the appellants appear before the trial court within two weeks from today and apply for bail, the same shall be decided expeditiously, in view of the law laid down by Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil's case (supra). 5.
