Issue writ rule or direction in the nature of certiorarified mandamus to declare the impugned orders No. WII/ Registrar/ Misc./ 2023 dated 29.12.2023 (Annexure No. 1) alongwith all consequential orders of reliving to the petitioner pursuant to the impugned orders by declaring the same as unjust, irrational, unfair, arbitrary, void and illegal and further quashing the effect and operation of the same after calling the entire records from the respondents or to mould the relief appropriately, keeping in view the facts highlighted in the body of petition. ii. Issue writ rule or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue on the post of Senior Technical Officer, Library & Documentation Centre, WII, had it been the impugned orders were never in existence and further to restraint the Respondent from making any deduction or reduction in the pay and other benefits of the Petitioners attached to the post of in any manner whatsoever or to mould the relief appropriately keeping in view the fact highlighted in the body of the petition. iii. Issue order to direction to the respondents for awarding suitable damages/compensation in tune of such amount which the court may quantify and may deem fit and proper, and the same be recovered from the erring officers” 6. After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh. 7.
