No. 4 of 2025 has been initiated by the applicant under the provision of Section 5 of Limitation Act and thereby seeking for condonation of delay of 334 days in filing an appeal. The proceeding in MC(MAT. APP.) No. 8 of 2025 has also been initiated by the applicants under the provision of Section 5 of Limitation Act and thereby seeking for condonation of delay of 416 days in filing an appeal. Heard the learned senior counsel for the applicant, Mr. Th. Ibohal in the proceeding of MC(MAT. APP.) No. 4 of 2025 and learned counsel for the applicant, Ms. Lenibala in the proceeding of MC(MAT. APP.) No. 8 of 2025 and also heard the respondents in these aforesaid cross application proceedings. However, there is an issue between the wife and husband respectively and therefore, it is deemed appropriate that in these proceedings of condonation of delay of 334 days in one proceeding of MC(MAT. APP.) No. 4 of 2025 and also seeking for condonation of delay of 416 days in another proceeding of MC(MAT. APP.) No. 8 of 2025, it is an issue between wife and husband and therefore, it is deemed appropriate to state and more so without expressing any opinion on the merit of these cases. Accordingly, it is deemed appropriate that the reasons stated in these miscellaneous application proceedings are justifiable and acceptable and consequently, these miscellaneous application proceedings in MC(MAT. APP.) No. 4 of 2025 and MC(MAT. APP.) No. 8 of 2025 are hereby considered in the interest of justice and condoned the delay of 334 days in the proceeding of MC(MAT. APP.) No. 4 of 2025. The proceeding in MC(MAT. APP.) No. 8 of 2025 is also considered in the interest of justice and hereby condoned the delay of 416 days. Accordingly, both the proceedings in MC(MAT. APP.)
