Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the condition No.8(viii) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.3139 of 2025, dated 21.02.2025 is modified and the petitioners shall appear and sign before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
