Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Birni P.S. Case No. 49 of 2023 corresponding to POCSO Case No. 67 of 2023 for the offences registered under Section 366-A of the Indian Penal Code and charge has been framed for the offences under Sections 366, 376(3) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4(2) and 8 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Giridih. 3. Bail applications of this petitioner were earlier twice rejected by this Court and while rejecting bail application, vide B.A. No. 4639 of 2024, the learned Trial Court was directed to expedite the trial. 4. The petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with a minor girl. 5. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 08.04.2023 and the prosecution has not examined any witness as yet. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Giridih, in connection with Birni P.S.
