The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Direct the opposite party no. 1 i.e. court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Shrawasti to decide the Interim Injunction Application Under Order-39 Rule-1 & 2 Read with Section-151 of C.P.C. bearing No. 6-C which is pending in Regular Suit No.82/2025 (Beena Srivastava Versus Smt. Chitra Devi and others) which is pending before him since 18.02.2025, as expeditious as possible or within a period as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3.
