Songpi, Joujang, Post Office- Motbung, Police Station-Gamnon Saparmeina, District- Page No.# 2/2 Senapati, Manipur, Pin No.795107, is seeking bail in NDPS Case No.16/2024, under Sections 21(C)/29 of the NDPS Act arising out of NCB Guwahati Crime No.12/2023, in which he was arrested on 01.08.2023 and is in custody since then. 3. On instruction of the petitioner, Mr. S. Ahmed, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this bail application, to which, Mr. S. C. Keyal, learned Standing Counsel, NCB has no objection. 4.
