Learned State counsel, on instructions, which are taken on record, submitted that after investigation a charge sheet has been submitted against petitioner no.1, but petitioner no.2 is a juvenile against whom a chalani report is yet to be submitted. 5. In view of the submission made by counsel for the parties, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous; however it is open to the petitioner no.1 to challenge the said charge sheet and petitioner no.2 to challenge the chalani report before appropriate forum under appropriate provision of law.
