A mention was made in the morning that despite orders passed by this Court, the application for grant of interim relief is still pending before the DRT, Lucknow and the respondents are taking steps for forceful possession. 3. It is informed that the interim application is fixed to be heard on 26.03.2025. Photographs have been shown that the police personnel are present for taking the possession. 4. In view of the urgency, the petition was entertained. 5. Considering the fact that the application is listed for disposal of the interim prayer on 26.03.2025 before the DRT, Lucknow, the petition is disposed of directing the DRT, Lucknow to pass orders on the interim application on 26.03.2025 itself. 6. Till the orders are passed on the interim application, no steps shall be taken for coercive possession, which shall be subject to the orders being passed by the DRT.
