Hoque for the petitioners (i) Abdul Wahab, and (ii) Nur Islam Ali, who have filed this application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 with prayer for pre-arrest bail as they are apprehending arrest in connection with an altercation that took place between the petitioners the younger brother Sohidul Islam arising out of a land dispute. 2. It is submitted that on 05.05.2025, the police visited the petitioner's house. 3. Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Mr. B. Sharma for the respondent State. 4. It is submitted that a report has been called for which reflects that an FIR has been registered on 03.05.2025 and a Boko P.S. Case No. 180/2025 under Sections 61(2)(b)/296/117(2)/351(3) of the BNS was registered on 02.06.2025. 5. It is submitted at the Bar that the offences are bailable and thereby, this application is not maintainable. 6. It is also submitted that the petitioner was already called to the police station and he was interrogated and thereafter released. 7. As the offences are bailable and as the petitioner has already been interrogated and released, this petition stands disposed of. 8. The report will also form a part of this record.
