Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. 2. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners as well as Sri Prashant Kumar Srivastava, learned Counsel for the respondent- Bank. 3. It is stated by the Counsel for the petitioners that he has moved an application for settlement of the amount, for which, some demand draft has also been furnished. 4. Learned Counsel for the respondent-Bank states that the decision thereon shall be taken in accordance with law within a period of three days from today. 5. Considering the fact that the main case is registered before the DRT for final decision on 26.03.2025, no orders are required to be passed at this stage. However, the OTS proposal as given shall be processed and shall be decided within the period as stated by the Counsel for the respondent-Bank. 6. It is expected that in case the OTS is not acceptable, the DRT shall endeavour to decide the case on 26.03.2025 itself.
