Counsel for Petitioner :- Ashok Kumar,Chandra Prakash,Muzammil Asad Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. Heard. The petitioner claims that some decision has been taken by the District Level Caste Scrutiny Committee for issuance of schedule caste certificate to the petitioner, but the same has not been issued. Learned Standing counsel says that the minutes of meeting relied upon by the petitioner does not bear the signature of any officer. Be that as it may, let District Magistrate, Lakhimpur Kheri look into the matter and get the facts verified as to whether any such decision has been taken by the District Level Caste Scrutiny Committee for issuance of Schedule Caste certificate to the petitioner. If so, then what is the impediment and why the certificate is not being issued. However, if no such decision has been taken and the matter is still pending before the District Level Caste Scrutiny Committee, then a decision be taken by it at the earliest say within six weeks.
