Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the instant writ petition may kindly be disposed of as the Coordinate Bench of this Court in case of Sanjeeb Kumar Rathore Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & others [WPS No. 8559 of 2022 (decided on 27.01.2025] has already passed the order to consider case of the petitioner therein afresh in light of the law laid down by Hon’ble the Supreme Court in case of Jaggo Vs. Union of India & others [SLP (C) No. 5580/2024]. 3. Prayer is allowed. 4. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of. 5. The State is directed to verify the fact and consider case of the petitioner afresh in light of law laid down by Hon’ble the Supreme Court in case of Jaggo (supra) on its own merits in accordance with law without being influenced from earlier order of rejection.
