Chandra Sekhar Reddy, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, Sri B. Ramesh, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, Sri Gudapati Lakshmi Narayana, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities for Rayalaseema, Nellore and Prakasam Districts and Ms. D. Nagachandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance and Planning. 2. Written Instructions have been received from the Commissioner, Allagadda Municipality and District Collector, Nandyal. Latest Written Instructions has been received from the Principal Secretary to Government, Finance Department dated 07.04.2026. Copies of it are also supplied to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner. The same are taken on record. 3. Written Instruction of the Principal Secretary to Government, Finance Department, dated 07.04.2026 would indicate that there is no dispute with regard to the claim of the Writ Petitioner and that the said Respondent is waiting for the general budget guidelines for the year 2026-2027 and the amounts will be released as and when general budget guidelines were received. The Written Instructions would also indicate that the Respondent require six weeks time for release of amounts. 4. Having so recorded, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition with a direction to all the Respondents, including the Respondent Nos.1, 3 & 4 to complete the entire administrative process, both Inter- departmental and Intra-departmental by way of mutual cooperation and coordinaton, within a period of ten weeks from today and transfer the amount to the account of the Writ Petitioner within two weeks thereafter. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit the bank account details to the competent authority within two weeks from today for effecting such transfer. 5. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 3 6.
