Instant application has been filed with the prayer to direct the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sultanpur to decide the Case No.873 of 2016 (State Vs. Pradeep Kumar Mishra), arising out of FIR/ Case No.64 of 2014, under Sections-419, 420, 467, 468, 417, 120-B IPC, Police Station- Kotwali City, District- Sultanpur. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that matter pertains to the year 2016. He further submits that interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court is pleased to direct the Trial Court to conclude the trial proceedings within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the submissions aforesaid. In view of the aforesaid submissions and innocuous prayer made in the application, the Trial Court is hereby directed to conclude the trial of aforementioned Case No.64 of 2014, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
